1. All participants are requested to book the hotels in the order given below.


2. Shuttle Service will be provided to and from the venue only from the hotels listed below, at scheduled time only.


3. We kindly request you to select two preferential hotels, just to ensure that if option 1 is sold out we can always accommodate you in the other. In this case the balance will be refunded after the conference, if any.


4. Allotment will be based on availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with payment for all nights.


5. The acknowledgement for the accommodation preferred shall be sent to you within 24 hrs.

Tariff conditions:

1. Please note that the above rates are inclusive of taxes. Should there be any change in the hotel/government tax or tariff structure, the revised rate will be charged at the applicable time(during Check-out/ Check-in time).


2. The above special rates are per person per night inclusive of bed and buffet breakfast.


3. The hotel check-in time and check-out time is at 12 Noon (IST). Early check-in and late check-out will be charged at actuals.


4. All extras are to be paid directly at the hotel while checking out.


5. In case of NO-SHOW there will be no refund.

Cancellation Policy:

1. All cancellations should be made in writing and sent to ICORS 2012 Secretariat via email (secretariat@icors2012.org) or fax (+91 80 4074 5800).


2. All cancellations received on or before 30th June 2012 for registration fee, hotel, tours, banquet, accompanying person(s) programme will be entitled to 50% refund on the respective amount paid.


3. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 30th June 2012.
